This report was conducted as a part of the project Competence Mobility II (Early Career Mobility), funded by the Thematic Group on Green, Innovative and Resilient Regions (2021-2024), operating under the Nordic Council of Ministers. This research project is linked with several other Nordic Council of Ministers Thematic Group projects examining migration and mobility in the Nordic countries, including the projects Re-Start Competence Mobility in the Nordic Region (2021-2024), and Remote Work and Multilocality (2021-2024). Ultimately, this research report and the research project are related to the common Nordic goal of becoming the most sustainable and integrated region in the world.
